Operations Lead/Coordinator Position

Job Description: As an Operations Lead in the Consumer Durable Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining operational processes for consumer durable products. Your role will involve close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations. - Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets. - Monitor day-to-day operational activities and resolve process-related issues. - Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability. - Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review. - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time. - Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations. - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Hands-on experience in sales support and backend operations. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools preferred. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.,
