Role:

The Expert Management Intern will support the coordination and optimization of mentor and instructor operations. Key responsibilities include managing expert payments, contracts, communication, onboarding, and performance tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration to enhance expert management and program quality.

Responsibilities:

Expert Payments & Incentives:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and incentives based on performance metrics and session hours. Suggest improvements to retain top experts.
Contracts & Agreements:
Manage expert contracts, ensuring compliance and timely updates in coordination with legal and finance teams.
Expert Communication:
Serve as the primary contact for experts, providing timely responses and maintaining positive relationships.
Onboarding & Training:
Assist in onboarding new experts and provide necessary training for seamless integration.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor expert performance based on KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to implement expert feedback and improve program quality.
Scheduling:
Coordinate expert availability and session scheduling to meet program needs.
Engagement:
Facilitate expert participation in webinars, workshops, and special projects.

Key Skills:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.
