Operations Intern

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our growing team and support the backend processes that bring every trip to life.

Role Overview:
As an Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a travel business. You’ll assist with itinerary coordination, vendor communications, customer support logistics, and process improvements to ensure our clients enjoy a flawless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with travel booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and vendor coordination
• Maintain and organize travel documentation and client records
• Support customer queries and post-booking assistance
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Contribute to improving workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
• A passion for travel and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
