Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
2. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
3. Support the processing of orders from receipt through fulfillment, resolving any issues that arise in the order cycle.
4. Assist in maintaining excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving order discrepancies efficiently.
5. Analyses data and assist in generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned to support the e-commerce team.
