Operations & Inside Sales

You will join SquadStack as an Intern for Operations & Inside Sales on a part-time basis at our Gurugram office. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting with daily operational tasks, such as coordinating with telecallers - Ensuring call quality and efficiency - Analyzing telecalling data - Supporting inside sales activities - Maintaining records - Preparing reports - Providing insights to enhance operational efficiency and sales conversions To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - An analytical mindset with attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office tools and data management - Working collaboratively in a team environment - Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) Any experience or academic background in business, operations, sales, or related fields will be a plus.
