Will be responsible for driving the operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability of the retail chain across 300+ outlets in West Bengal. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in large-scale retail operations, strong people management skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable growth in a highly competitive and regulated healthcare market.
The incumbent must be a Post Graduate with 10+ years of experience in large-scale retail operations ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to SOPs, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales, margins, and operational KPIs across stores.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization across the chain
Implement strategies to improve store sales and increase customer footfall.
Adhering to the Compliance & Quality Assurance
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional/zonal managers and store managers.
