Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations across production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and maintenance departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and meet targets related to cost, quality, delivery, and safety.
Ensure adherence to legal, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Optimize the use of resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and technology.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digital transformation.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and capital expenditures effectively.
Promote collaboration across departments to align with overall organizational goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
Serve as a key decision-maker for critical operational issues and escalations.
