As an Operations Head at Telikoz Academy Private Limited and Telikoz Infotech Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to own and drive revenue targets across the education and cybersecurity business lines. You will need to focus on partner enablement, institutional engagement, and execution alignment to achieve revenue realization. Regular on-ground engagement with clients and partners across India will be essential, with a 50% travel requirement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Holding primary ownership of revenue targets in education and cybersecurity - Driving revenue realization through partner enablement and execution alignment - Maintaining regular on-ground engagement with clients and partners across India - Translating business objectives into execution models for predictable revenue outcomes - Establishing operating rigor, accountability, and performance discipline - Building scalable operational frameworks to support growth while maintaining delivery quality - Ensuring alignment between partnerships, delivery, and financial outcomes - Acting as a core execution leader working closely with founders and senior leadership To excel in this role, you should be a senior operations leader with a proven track record of revenue accountability in education, IT, or technology-driven organizations. Your ability to drive business outcomes through execution rather than transactional selling will be crucial. You should be comfortable with sustained travel and direct stakeholder engagement across India, and thrive in high-growth, performance-oriented environments. The ideal candidate will have mandatory advanced English and Hindi language communication skills, with additional language skills being preferable.
