Operations & Growth Generalist

As an Operations & Growth Generalist at GreenPlug Energy India Pvt. Ltd., your role involves playing a crucial part in managing vendor operations and contributing to the growth plans of the company. You will be responsible for various tasks related to vendor onboarding, backend management, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of GreenPlug. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard new vendors by verifying profiles and ensuring compliance with platform standards. - Manage vendor dashboards, coordinate product uploads, edits, and approvals. - Conduct quality checks on listings, pricing, and data accuracy to maintain high standards. - Communicate with vendors, address their queries, and build positive relationships. - Track performance metrics, generate vendor reports, and identify areas for process improvement. - Collaborate on marketing and digital campaigns to enhance vendor engagement and lead generation. - Assist the founder in strategizing partnerships, outreach activities, and platform enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or startup environments. Freshers with strong initiative are also encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong organizational skills, dependability, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and digital platforms. - Possess a strong ownership mindset and willingness to independently resolve challenges.
