Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams, while maintaining high efficiency and accuracy in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, track shipments, and manage stock updates.
• Handle vendor communications and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Generate reports on operational metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support management in planning and executing operational strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM/ERP tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (freshers with strong organizational skills can apply).
