Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage backend operations, ensuring efficient processing of travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments. Handle non-voice processes such as email support, chat process, and excel report preparation. Coordinate with team members & third party service vendors to achieve operational goals and objectives Maintain accurate records of transactions using computer operating systems. Designing itineraries and launching products as per the timeline Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in MS Office for data entry and report preparation & presentation. Strong English language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 0-4 years of experience in back office operations or tourism related field (UG/PG/Diploma/Integrated PG/Integrated Diploma in tourism preferred). Freshers entry accepted
