Operations Executive

The Global Enrichment team supports the sales team in enhancing the efficiency of the vendor data-set. Your role involves updating vendor particulars and sourcing potential new vendors from various platforms to expand the total addressable market. Your responsibilities include ensuring 100% completion of daily tasks with an accuracy rate of 100%, maximizing daily task output efficiency, assessing business details for accuracy and completeness, maintaining consistency with platform standards and categorisation guidelines, rectifying discrepancies, and updating missing details before they reach the sales queue. You will utilize online sources such as business websites, social media, and directories to gather accurate data, cross-check and validate information for credibility and relevance, and provide feedback on workflow improvements to optimize data management efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree with relevant work experience preferred, 1-2 years of experience in operations-related roles, stellar research skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm, and be a great team player who thrives on collective success.,
