Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at our company, you will play a key role in coordinating activities across our technology, clinical, and business teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and operational initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve supporting leadership in strategic planning and driving efficiency throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between technology, clinical, and business teams for seamless project execution. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, business pitches, and revenue projections. - Schedule and manage online/offline meetings, ensuring proper communication and follow-up. - Support leadership in strategic planning and operational process improvement. - Track project progress and assist in reporting key operational metrics. Required Skills & Competencies: - Basic understanding of technology and modern AI tools (especially advanced usage of ChatGPT). - Proficiency in Google Workspace-Docs, Sheets, and Slides (Pitch Decks). - Familiarity with startup operations, product development, business models, and growth planning. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field. - Prior experience in startup operations, project coordination, or business strategy support.
