Operations Executive (School Operations)

We are looking for proactive Operations Executives who will manage and streamline school operations from a central location with regular travel to branches to ensure processes are followed on ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily school operations (academics, admin, housekeeping, compliance).
2. Handle transportation challenges (route planning, driver/attendant management, student safety).
3. Create & implement

   SOPs

   for operations and transportation.
4. Daily task tracking, follow-ups, and closure reporting.
5. Travel to different school branches to verify processes & conduct surprise audits.
6. Coordinate with branch for smooth functioning.

Prerequisites:

Graduate (preferably in Management / Operations / Logistics).

2–5 years of experience in operations / Logistics preferred.

Strong process-building & problem-solving mindset.

Knowledge of transportation & logistics handling.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Flexibility to travel frequently to different branches.
