Operations Executive

Job Description: As the Operations Executive at India Eye Hospital, you will play a crucial role in leading the team by example to achieve budgeted targets through proactive and effective leadership. Your main responsibilities will include organizing, demonstrating, directing, engaging, and monitoring day-to-day operational issues in alignment with the policies of India Eye Hospital. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of the Annual Business Plan for the hospital and achieve the budgeted revenue and overall surgical volume, including both paid and free surgeries. - Generate revenue through walk-in surgeries, empanelments such as Ayushman Bharat, and other authorized programs, as well as optical services. - Plan and execute demand generation and marketing activities to drive revenue growth. - Manage the Management Information System (MIS) and collaborate with key stakeholders to address any identified gaps. - Implement cost-saving measures to control expenses and conduct regular cost analyses to maximize resource utilization. - Monitor patient acquisition costs and take necessary measures to maintain control over them. - Provide effective leadership, implement policies and processes, address grievances, and conduct manpower audits to identify training needs. - Coordinate training activities for Ophthalmic Assistants and ensure smooth execution of welfare activities. - Monitor key quality parameters, take corrective actions to manage deviations, and strive for continuous quality improvement. - Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, assist in certifications/accreditations, maintain records, and represent the hospital in legal matters. - Monitor overheads, implement cost efficiencies, manage inventory, and prevent financial leakages. Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management (MBA), Social Work (MSW), Hospital Administration, or related healthcare fields. - 3-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations.
