Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Malar Hospital, Hosur Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Malar Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure smooth workflow. Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to address operational requirements. Maintain schedules, rosters, and duty allocations for support staff. Ensure timely availability of resources such as medical supplies, equipment, and housekeeping support. Assist in implementing hospital policies, SOPs, and quality control systems. Monitor maintenance of hospital infrastructure and coordinate repairs or servicing. Respond promptly to patient service issues and feedback in coordination with relevant departments. Prepare operational reports, MIS, and assist in audits or inspections. Coordinate with vendors for outsourced services (housekeeping, security, etc.). Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration (preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Good command of MS Office and operational reporting tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a clinical setting. Knowledge of NABH standards is a plus.
