We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive with strong communication skills and good computer knowledge to manage daily client requirements related to tours and travel services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to handle client coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
Communicate clearly with clients via email and phone to confirm travel details
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations accurately.
Maintain client records, booking data, and reports using MS Office and CRM tools.

Requirements

Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong computer skills – MS Office, Excel, Email correspondence, and internet research.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
