Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics / Shipping Executive (Fresher) to support our international logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Logistics / Shipping Department Handle day-to-day operations in the Logistics / Shipping department under the guidance of the Supervisor. Prepare export/import documents and banking paperwork as instructed. Perform self-correspondence with vendors and suppliers professionally. Assist in coordinating import and export shipments across global markets. Work closely with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics. Assist in customs clearance documentation and procedures. Documentation & Compliance Support in preparing and reviewing shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc. Maintain and update accurate records of all shipping and logistics transactions. Learn and comply with international trade regulations and documentation standards. Ensure proper filing and record maintenance for audit and compliance purposes. Reporting & Communication Prepare MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) in Excel as required Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and brokers Monitor shipment timelines and coordinate to ensure on-time deliveries Assist in preparing regular reports on logistics, shipping costs, and department performance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Good English communication skills written and verbal. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word. Must be punctual, disciplined, hardworking, and a self-starter. Ability to manage self-correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Capable of working under deadlines and delivering results efficiently. Ability to handle multiple tasks with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Candidates residing in Western Suburbs (Mumbai) preferred. Willingness to work in the early morning shift (5:00 AM 1:30 PM IST). Keen interest in shipping, logistics, and international trade. We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive who can work independently with minimal supervision. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, preparing sales orders, and maintaining multiple sheets. The role also involves identifying opportunities for automation and improving operational efficiency. About the role & responsibilities : Coordinate and organize daily deliveries. Communicate effectively with transporters to schedule and coordinate the pickup and delivery. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, with all required documentation and legal compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries. Address client concerns or issues promptly and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Source new Vendors for competitive pricing and cost efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and fulfil customer orders promptly Preparing Sales orders based on customer requirements and specifications. Verifying the sales orders with the sales team. Converting sales orders into invoices and sending them to customers on the day of pickup. Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor operational metrics, performance indicators, inventory levels, sales order progress, and delivery timelines, ensuring all operational data is up to date and accurately recorded. Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure they align with purchase orders and delivery records. Technical/Soft Skills Proficient in English, with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient with computers and comfortable using various software tools and applications. Basic understanding of business functions, and confidence to deal with third party agencies in Australia. A high level of accuracy across all aspects of your work. Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
