Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team members to achieve daily targets via calling.
  • Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis using MS Office tools like Excel.
  • Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accurate records in Excel sheets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel sheet preparation for report generation.
  • Strong coordination skills for effective teamwork and client communication.
  • Ability to generate leads through telecalling and follow up effectively.
  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO or operations related field (freshers welcome).
