Job Description

Job Description:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for helping students in their continuous professional development by giving timely support and guidance.

Major Responsibilities:

Assist with student support activities such as responding to queries and coordinating communication.
Maintain and update records of student dropouts in the FSC.
Manage student groups (WhatsApp, Classplus, etc.) by removing dropouts and course-completed students.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of course completion, experience, and software certificates (soft/hard copies).
Transition students to the Alumni group after course completion.
Support alumni engagement through emails, webinars, seminars, and related activities.
Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
