NJORD ASSET SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a growing Mutual Fund Distribution firm seeking an Operations Executive to support our back-end processes. This role is ideal for freshers who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Initiate transactions and ensure accurate processing Follow up with clients regarding their investment transactions Trigger monthly reports and share updates with clients Liaise with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to resolve queries and issues Prepare and submit weekly internal reports to management What We’re Looking For Fresh graduates (XII/B.Com / BBA preferred, but open to all disciplines) Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn financial operations Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email handling) Positive attitude and ability to work in a team Job Details Probation: 3 months Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM Alternate Saturdays off (two per month) Why Join Us?
