Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at project sites or within the facility.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement and timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards as per organizational and statutory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to operations, project status, and resource utilization.
• Assist in manpower planning, allocation, and performance monitoring of on-site staff.
• Support in resolving operational challenges by providing technical and administrative solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and senior management for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain documentation for operational activities, including records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles (Mechanical/Civil).
• Good understanding of project execution, site management, and operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
