About the Role:
Black Swan Business Setup Services is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves visa application processing, team and client coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa application processing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in application documentation and verification.
• Monitor and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation as required.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for smoother workflows.
• Provide support in daily operational tasks and assist management when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Operations/Management).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, visa processing, or client coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Model: Hybrid (Work from Office + Work from Home, as per business needs).

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
