Operations Executive

We are hiring fresh graduates to join our Travel Operations Team. As an Operations Executive, you will be trained to handle air ticketing, hotel reservations, cab bookings, and tour packages. This role is perfect for candidates who want to build their career in the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in booking air tickets through portals/GDS software (training will be provided).
• Coordinate with airlines for reservations, cancellations, and queries.
• Support hotel booking processes and maintain vendor databases.
• Help in arranging cab services and travel itineraries.
• Maintain records, billing, and basic reports.
• Work closely with the operations team for smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any graduate).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Interest in the travel & tourism industry.
• Quick learner and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
