Operation Executive – Job Description We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of tele-calling/telemarketing experience , along with strong communication skills and good computer knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Handle tele-calling and customer follow-up activities Support daily operational tasks and coordination Maintain records and update data in computer systems Assist in basic marketing and customer engagement activities Ensure smooth workflow and support team requirements Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling/telemarketing Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.) Ability to multitask and work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,186.15 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work from home Work Location: In person
