Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Marketing Support Executive to assist with daily fulfilment, inventory, influencer coordination, basic marketing tasks, B2B support, and occasional founder assistance.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants exposure across operations, marketing, and day-to-day brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfilment

• Pack and dispatch daily orders for website/marketplaces.
• Maintain stock levels and do regular inventory counts.
• Organise storage, manage product samples, and handle returns/exchanges.
• Coordinate with courier partners and ensure timely pickups.

Marketing & Influencer Support

• Assist with sending PR kits and tracking influencer deliveries.
• Maintain a simple tracker for influencers: addresses, dispatch status, and timelines.
• Coordinate with creators for content collection and posting follow-ups.
• Help with small marketing tasks like preparing materials, basic research, and campaign support.

B2B & External Coordination

• Assist with sending samples/products to salons, retailers, or partners.
• Keep records of B2B shipments and follow-ups.
• Support vendor coordination when required (printing, packaging, gifting, etc.).

Founder Assistance

• Help with day-to-day tasks such as organising materials, running small errands, and maintaining checklists.
• Support in preparing for events, shoots, or meetings.
• Basic data entry and keeping routine records updated.

Requirements

• Based in Faridabad or able to commute daily.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/Excel, email, WhatsApp).
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable with multi-tasking.
• Prior experience in operations or marketing is a bonus but not required.
