We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing the user experience end-to-end. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, coordination, and light data management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage inbound and outbound user calls to assist with platform navigation and session bookings.
Coordinate session availability with guides and send timely reminders
Follow up with users to support conversions and address questions.
Ensure timely attendance and assist if any session-related issues arise.
Maintain clear documentation using Google Sheets and internal trackers
Keep all logs and reports updated, and prepare daily records
Collect and organize post-session feedback from users
Communicate effectively in both
English and Hindi
with empathy and clarity

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident on phone/video calls, calm and people-friendly demeanor
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, wellness coordination, or telesales is a plus
Freshers with strong communication and soft skills are encouraged to apply
