Role Overview:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  first point of contact

  for escalations related to the

  Aster Health App

  from the call center or hospital operations teams.
• Understand and analyze the issues raised by doctors, patients, or customers, and

  redirect them to the relevant product/technical teams

  .
• Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across

  Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Kerala hospitals

  for smooth issue handling.
• Prepare and maintain

  daily/weekly/monthly reports

  on issues, resolutions, and escalations.
• Document recurring issues and support in creating FAQs or process improvements.
• Support the call center team by providing clarity on app features, common troubleshooting, and customer communication.
• Ensure

  quality service delivery

  with quick turnaround and accurate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Operations, or related field).

• 1–3 years of experience

  in operations, customer service, or coordination roles.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Language proficiency

  in English, Hindi, Kannada (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi is a plus)
• Advanced Proficiency in

  MS Excel and other documentation tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle escalations professionally.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (Product/Tech/Support) is desirable.
