Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)

Work Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (Full-time, On-site)

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 2 – 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth coordination between students, mentors, and internal teams.
• Manage class scheduling, student onboarding, and mentor allocations.
• Handle operational documentation, data tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the sales, HR, and technical teams for process alignment.
• Monitor course delivery quality and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain records related to attendance, feedback, and class performance.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in an EdTech, training, or service-based company.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
