Job Description

Job Title:

Handling all
account opening formalities
, KYC checks, and documentation for client investments.
Coordinating with clients
to collect documents, resolve queries, and follow up on pending requirements.
Executing
mutual fund, SIP, insurance, and other investment transactions
as per client instructions.
Working on
MIS reports, Google Sheets
, and other internal trackers to ensure timely updates and transparency.
Liaising with AMCs, platform partners, and internal teams for seamless operations.
Ensuring clients receive timely updates on their investments and maintaining a high standard of service.

What Were Looking For:

A graduate (any stream) with
good communication skills and fluency in English
Comfortable with
MS Office, Google Sheets, Emails, and Online Tools
(like Zoom/Google Meet)
A basic understanding of mutual funds or the financial services industry is a bonus, but not mandatory
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys backend support roles
