Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Passion for working with children, particularly those with disabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Executive to help manage the day-to-day activities at our sports academy. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to three years of experience who are passionate about sports and eager to work in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the coordination and execution of sports programs and activities for children with disabilities. Oversee logistics, including session schedules, venue management, and equipment inventory. Collaborate with coaches, volunteers, and staff to ensure seamless program delivery. Handle administrative tasks such as participant registrations, attendance tracking, and report generation. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for children during all sports activities. Assist in organizing events, competitions, and workshops for staff and volunteers. Maintain communication with parents and caregivers, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Promote the academy's activities through social media, emails, and community outreach.
