Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitoring system performance, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all services meet the established standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with cloud service management platforms.- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.- Experience in performance monitoring and reporting tools.
