Job Description

As an Operations & Customer Experience Intern at ORNAZ, a fast-growing D2C fine jewellery brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order delivery and exceptional customer communication. Your primary focus will be on coordinating order deliveries, communicating with customers, tracking orders, and maintaining internal trackers to provide full visibility on order status. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate order deliveries with logistics partners to ensure on-time dispatch and receipt. - Communicate with customers at key stages of the delivery journey. - Track orders proactively and resolve exceptions with speed and empathy. - Maintain internal trackers to ensure full visibility on order status. - Share daily updates with the team on delivery progress and customer feedback. Qualifications Required: - Detail-oriented and reliable problem-solver. - Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (written + spoken). - Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets. - Eagerness to learn operations in a fast-paced D2C luxury brand environment. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in D2C operations and customer experience, along with direct exposure to the luxury jewellery industry. You will also receive mentorship from the founding team and an internship stipend + certificate, with possible PPO for top performers.
