Job Description

As an Operations & Customer Experience Intern at ORNAZ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order delivery and exceptional customer communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating order deliveries with logistics partners to guarantee timely dispatch and receipt. - Engaging with customers at key points of the delivery process. - Proactively tracking orders and addressing any exceptions promptly and empathetically. - Maintaining internal trackers for complete visibility on order status. - Providing daily updates to the team on delivery progress and customer feedback. We are seeking a candidate who is: - Detail-oriented and a reliable problem-solver. - Proficient in both written and spoken English & Hindi for effective communication. - Familiar with MS Excel/Google Sheets. - Enthusiastic about learning operations in a dynamic D2C luxury brand setting. In this role, you will gain: - Hands-on experience in D2C operations and customer experience. - Direct exposure to the luxury jewellery industry. - Mentorship from the founding team. - Internship stipend + certificate (with possible PPO for top performers).,
