Operations Coordinator -Warehousing

Warehousing Coordinator job description:

We are a 4PL company handling warehousing and transportation for 100+ clients. We are looking for dynamic and self motivated Warehousing & transport coordinator to handle multiple clients operations across mutiple warehousing partners.

Candidate must have experience of end to end warehousing operations from Inward, qc, GRN, dispatch across B2B and B2C segments.

Candidate will do daily ordination between warehousing team and client to ensure smooth operations and handle escalations.

Responsibility

1. Coordinate for day to day operations with warehouse team

2. Reports for inventory management

3. Arrange transport as and when required

4. Reviewing operations and suggestion to improve the same.

5. Preparing MIS

6. Co-ordinate will accounts for monthly billing

7. Ensure KPI's are meet to improve customer experience

Qualification

1. Candidate must have have 2+ years of handling end to end warehousing and transport operations

2. Candidate must have expertise in written and oral english communication

3. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processe

4. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of WMS

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

6. Strong customer service capabilities

7. Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management

8. Capacity to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
