Job Description:
The company is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to handle the day-to-day administration, customer service, and facility management of our fitness club operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high member satisfaction.
• Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and front desk activities.
• Maintain gym hygiene, safety protocols, and equipment upkeep.
• Manage inventory, billing, and vendor coordination.
• Address member queries and complaints efficiently to enhance customer experience.
• Generate daily reports, track memberships, and support internal audits.
• Assist in planning events, fitness challenges, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, or operations management preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
