Operations & Claims Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare and review insurance quotations for Marine, Fire, Burglary, and Liability products.
• Manage policy changes through endorsements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Execute end-to-end claim settlement processes, including receipt, documentation, assessment, and closure.
• Ensure all processes comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies
• Maintain MIS reports for tracking quotes, endorsements, and claims status.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and brokers, providing timely updates and resolution.
• Address queries and follow up promptly to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Insurance certifications (e.g., from IRDAI) are a plus.
• 4–5 years in general insurance operations and claims management.
• Competence in drafting quotations and processing policy endorsements.
• Familiarity with Marine, Fire, Burglary, and Liability insurance products.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must be located in Delhi only
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Offered monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
• Engage in end-to-end insurance operations and deepen expertise across key products.
