Operations Associate Intern

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new students, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Guide students through the onboarding process, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve student issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate teacher changes by liaising between teachers and students to minimize disruption in learning.
• Share weekly progress reports and student projects with parents, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Manage the scheduling and rescheduling of classes in close coordination with teachers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information in trackers and databases on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both parents and students to foster trust and engagement.

Qualifications

1. A degree in Computer Science (Optional)

2. Previous customer service experience required

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent skills in MS Office, documentation

4. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills,

5. Project management: Remarkable detail orientation for making accurate trackers

Stipend: INR 18000-20000/month
