Operations Associate( Freshers )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in operations, business processes, or back-end support. The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, ensuring process compliance, and helping optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and executing day-to-day operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases and trackers.
• Support different teams with operational coordination and documentation.
• Monitor process workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards as required by the operations team.
• Help with quality checks, data validation, and process audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tech, etc.) for operational requirements.
• Adhere to internal SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
