Operations Associate

As an Office Administrator at Chocolove, you will play a crucial role in the Operations and Admin team at our factory in Mahim. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by managing various administrative and logistical tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Order Dispatch & Logistics - Coordinate and supervise the dispatch process for both online and offline orders. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and retail clients. - Communicate with logistics partners to track deliveries and address any delivery-related issues. - Client Communication - Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and messages. - Provide timely assistance, resolve queries, and maintain a friendly tone in all interactions. - Inventory Management - Monitor office and operational inventory to maintain optimal stock levels. - Assist in regular stock counts, reconciliation, and inventory reporting. - General Office Administration - Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations. - Maintain physical and digital records, handle data entry, and assist with filing and documentation. - Assist in handling documents, parcels, and goods as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience in office administration. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Attention to detail and accuracy.,
