Job Title: Commis III – Production & Kitchen Operations

About Us:
Gaccio is an artisanal ice cream brand, crafting indulgent international flavors with the finest ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Commis III to join our kitchen team and support daily operations, ensuring smooth production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily ice cream production — preparation, mixing, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring ingredients and packaging materials are stocked.
• Assist in packaging ice cream tubs, bonbons, and other products with precision and care.
• Support in dispatching daily orders through delivery partners and in-house logistics.
• Follow SOPs for quality, consistency, and safety at every stage of production.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Location: Mahim, Mumbai
Shift: Full-time, 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays - Morning or Evening Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
