Operations Assistant

As an Operations Executive at VISA Group in Kolkata, your role will involve: - Verifying and preparing various documents in line with LC/Contract. - Coordinating with the team and counterparts on the documentation. - Maintaining and sharing required MIS with the team. - Keeping track of statements for time-bound activities of shipments. - Monitoring and updating the team on the daily activities of shipments under loading/discharging. - Preparing delivery orders. - Compiling required data on Excel. - Verifying contracts and LC. Qualifications required for this role: - Candidate who is already based in Kolkata. Please note the salary for this position is INR 35k-40k per month.
