Key Responsibility
  • Perform accurate data entry for life insurance policies, quotations, and endorsements.
  • Assist in policy servicing activities including renewals, changes, and cancellations.
  • Support quotation generation and documentation for new business.
  • Maintain and update business reports, dashboards, and MIS.
  • Log and track policies in internal systems ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Coordinate effectively with sales, underwriting, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
  • Follow up on pending documentation and ensure TAT adherence.
  • Assist in auditing and compliance-related documentation when required.
