Job Description : Requirement : · We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele-Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic & international travel packages over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide the right travel solutions. · Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sell domestic & international travel packages. · Explain travel products, offers, and itineraries to potential customers. · Identify customer needs, recommend suitable packages, and close sales. · Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. · Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments in CRM. · Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction. · Stay updated with travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.
