Position Overview: The Sales Operations Executive will act as the bridge between the sales, operations, and client management teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, operational understanding, and an aptitude for handling numbers. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with clients, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth internal collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain professional communication. Support the sales team with operational tasks, including documentation, quotations, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of projects and client deliverables. Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress. Assist in preparing business reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries. Manage basic administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency in the office. Handle basic numerical data for quotations, pricing, and calculations related to sales and operations. Ensure a professional and presentable representation of the company in all interactions. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, or sales support roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills (advanced level). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred). Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate effectively within a team. Good analytical and basic mathematical skills. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
