1. Client Relationship Management Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Provide clients with updates on order status, production timelines, and any potential delays. Ensure client specifications (size, design, colour, material) are met in the final product. Build more business wherever there is an opportunity. 2. Quality Control & Assurance o Make COA for each Brand dispatch and maintain the records. 3. Supply Chain Management - Coordinate with Logistic partners to ensure timely deliveries. 4. Client Order Management & On-time Delivery Maintain Client Order tracker, so that they are processed and delivered on time Monitor and maintain accurate production schedules to avoid delays. o Maintain a Sampling Tracker for all new Developments 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit production, quality, and cost reports on a regular basis. Maintain records of client communications, order statuses, and product specifications. o Generate post-delivery feedback from clients and communicate this information to relevant people. Maintaining all purchase data with their payments Maintaining sales tracker with all sales and payments.
