Responsibilities:

• Supervise that all set processes are being followed in the stores
• Maintain and update trackers, collate data for all the experiments and WABA journeys
• Verify data, highlight discrepancies, and ensure correctness across all metrics
• Manage incentives for the team - calculating scores, resolving queries and discrepencies and ensuring disbursement of the incentive amount
• Assign daily calls, follow up with the team to ensure task is completed and slots are adhered to.
• Handle all other tasks as required by the central team for smooth operations
• Assist the store teams during audits, and ensure audit findings are corrected / implemented.
