About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting

  SaaS applications

  (Level 1 support)
• Tracking and resolving alerts from

  application, network, and infrastructure monitoring dashboards

• Working through issues and service requests from a

  ticketing system

• Assisting in

  basic troubleshooting

  of production environments
• Managing communications via

  email and phone

  with internal teams, third-party vendors, and financial institutions
• Following and updating

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong

  written and verbal communication

  skills (essential for working with US-based teams)
• Some experience in

  application support

  (cloud or on-premises)
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of production issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the

  Banking or FinTech industry

• Familiarity with observability tools like

  Dynatrace

  ,

  SolarWinds

  , or GCP monitoring solutions
