Job Summary:

We are hiring an Opearation Administrator – Operations to support senior leadership with administrative and business operations tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and have hands-on experience in operations along with executive support.


Roles and Responsibilities : 

. Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.

. Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships as needed.

. Support vendor management

. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
