Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Admin

Maintain and update daily operations logs (shipments, stock movement, vendor status, etc.) in Google Sheets/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and partners via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Handle scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and basic office admin tasks as needed.
Support in creating and maintaining simple SOPs, trackers, checklists for smooth operations.

2. Logistics & Procurement

Coordinate dispatch and deliveries with transporters, courier partners, and local logistics providers.
Follow up on LR/POD, e-way bills, delivery status, and share timely updates with the team.
Collect quotations, compare basic pricing, and help with vendor and transport selection.
Support in planning and executing bulk shipments, including occasional on-ground visits or travel when required.

3. Finance & Accounting Support

Prepare and check customer and vendor invoices (rates, quantities, GST, totals).
Record and track payments, expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
Maintain basic books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel (as per company setup).
Coordinate with the external CA/accountant for monthly reconciliations and compliance inputs.
